FOUR HOSE SYSTEM

Many smaller excavators have two hydraulic circuits where one normally is connected directly to the tiltrotator’s rotation function and the second circuit is shared by tilt, gripper, extra function and lock. In this case, the excavator’s own proportional circuits and original joysticks are used.

With a four hose system the tiltrotator has on/off valves and the flow is controlled solely from the excavator. The control system meets requirements including the ISO13031 where the safety level has been raised. Optional integration to the industry’s leading Machine Control Systems like iDig, Leica, Moba-Novatron, Topcon and Trimble.
